B2C Europe offers an integrated shipping service for international distributing and a few complementary services. For example financial representation and we take care of all custom related inquiries. Also you can print your consignment notes quick and easy.

B2C Europe and CM Shop together

From now on you can manage all shipment through your webshop portal.

Within the webshop you will receive your orders. To be able to get these parcels to your customer you can use the B2C Europe connector. With this you are enabled to request the collection of parcels meant for distribution internationally. You can pick your preferred shipping service and keep track of all tracking details. With this connector you reduce the chance of spelling mistakes as well as it saves time.

Creating an order at B2C Europe

The order you have received you can register this yourself at B2C Europe.

Choose your service for shipment, valuta, shipping method, number of packages and if the parcels are meant for in- our outside of the EU.

The address details will be automatically collected from the order. If needed, you are enabled to adjust these details, in case your customer made a (small) mistake. After requesting a pick up you can print your consignment note straight away.

If needed you can remove products from an order for shipments outside of the EU. In case the HS-code and weight for both the product as well as the complete package are not automatically filled out, you will be able to add these details by hand. (HS-code is required for all shipments outside of the EU).

Manage shipments

As soon as registered your shipment with B2C Europe you have the possibility to see if the registration was successful.

In the overview you will see your registered shipments. You are now able to track the shipments with our track and trace system.

Track and Trace with B2C Europe

When your order have been sent it is possible for both you as well as your customer to follow your shipment through our Track and Trace services

Through the website of B2C Europe you can log in and follow you shipments with Track and Trace.  You select the country, fill out the consignment number and postal/area code of the receiver and click on the Track my parcel button.
